I never leave bad reviews as i don’t think it’s fair for a business to be affected by one person however we have never experienced such bad food and awful customer service ! Firstly the beers were cloudy which can indicate problems with the beer from the pumps as the next lot of beers we were given were ok . Then I had coke which was as flat as my chest! No bubbles no fizz!! We asked for cheese on bread with alioli we were given just alioli and bread. We were given burgers that were raw in the middle !!!!!!! When we pulled them up on this the lady blamed US for complaining about it !! She made us feel like we did something wrong!!!! When we asked for desserts we were given cheesecake on a HOT plate!!!! Who eats cheesecake on a hot plate!! We asked for a fresh cheesecake on a cold plate again we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong ! If we got it for free we wouldn’t complain but why would we pay for something from our hard earned money just to satisfy them!!!! I’m really shocked at the whole experience the food and the customer service as the lady would go off and giggle to the other staff . We will never ever be stepping in that place again!!! We will take our custom to someone that appreciates our custom and as a paying customer we expect what we pay for . Muy bueno. Quise cenar de imprevisto en este lugar y la verdad es que fue un acierto. Nos atendió varios trabajadores y hubo uno en especial, que me imagino que será el dueño del local, que la verdad genial. Muy agradable y cercano en las ocasiones que pasaba. Es verdad es que hasta que me atendieron esperamos un rato pero me sorprendió lo rápido que me sirvieron la hamburguesa 🍔 una vez que ya hicimos el pedido (igual es porque que llegué algo tarde e iban a cerrar la plancha en no mucho, por lo que me dijo uno de los camareros. Aún así muy bien por esta parte. Ofrecen una variedad bastante chula y la verdad es que la hamburguesa 🍔 que ofrecen, en mi caso pedí una burguer Pinxo, estaba muy buena. Es verdad que estaba hecha, a mi me suele gustar menos hecha pero estaba a pesar me gustó bastante de sabor y tacto, en todos los aspectos. La repetiría e incluso probaría otra si tuviera ocasión. Tienen terraza bastante amplia y el local por dentro también es amplio. Por lo que he podido apreciar se llena bastante de gente. Tiene un diseño original y con bastante iluminación por dentro.
