Most restaurants were closed and the few open had already closed the kitchen, luckily for us, this place was still open. Jaixkibel Jackpot! Sat outside on the open terrace around 22h in March was simply amazing! Home made ham croquettes were lovely, nice bits of ham covered in tasty croquettes bechemol goodness, side plate of the region red txistorra sausages came out fast with a nice cold fresh beer and some bread to mop up the chorizo juices. Thought we'd ordered the Xipirons but somehow got the pulpo (octopus tentacle), definitely our fault in communication, anyway wasn't worth mentioning, was really tasty served on a bed of yummy potatoes.
