Excellent Service and Excellent Food. The Food was well prepared and everything harmonized. Everything was well seasoned. Big praise for the Kitchen. The waiters were really friendly, attentive, fast and extremely well coordinated. We left the Restaurant with a big smile, a full stomach and with great satisfaction.

We were there at the 3rd of April 2025 around 13:30pm.

We ordered the Wagyu Carpaccio and the Scallops for Starters ( amazing !!!) Carpaccio well seasoned, tender meat, you have the crunch from the fried carpers and a good amount of truffle taste. Truffle Mayo has a bit too much of that mushroom (Champignon) flavor, it needs more of that (white) truffle taste, but still alright. Scallops well seasoned as well, very aromatic cause of the Safran Aioli, not too strong with the Safran, what I prefer. It’s gratinated with a small amount of cheese, which is perfect for this dish, less is more (sometimes).

For Main I had the Ohana Rock n Roll Suhsi Roll, the Flambéed Salmon Uramaki Suhsi Roll and the Flambée Salmon Nigiri. The Sushi is nice, not the best that I had, but for sure one of the better times I had Sushi. Fish quality is great, the rice was not too sweet and not too sour from the vinegar, what I like, for my taste the rise could has a bit more from the Suhsi Rice Vinegar. All in all good Sushi, but not the best.

We had two more mains, that were the Grilled Squid (is a starter, but definitly enough as a main) and the grilled sea bass.

Both were well seasoned again, nice garlic flavor (we love garlic). The wok vegetables from the sea bass were a bit too oily, but well stir fried with soy sauce.

All in all my family and myself give this restaurant a 5+ Stars Rating. 10/10

I rarely ever give a review. However, as a paella and lobster lover, tonight's dinner was quite a disappointment. From how one of the staff members responded when asked if there was a table were both my husband and I could enjoy the view and fortunately after a few disappointing comments, the individual accepted our proposition to re-position our table which allowed both of us to have a view AND a smooth path for staff to move from table to table, then the waitress forgot to order two green salads as requested. I eneded with no salad. She appears to have gotten confused that she told us we had to order a paella to share because they don't sale paella for one, so in her head she also assumed not the 2 green salads we ordered but one salad to share ??? To top that the lobster paella we ordered that had to be ordered for 2 and paid for 2 absolutely lacked the lobster meat. It only had the empty shells!!! 😒😓😱The food was pretty much just rice. What a disappointment!!! I hope this has only and will only happened to us. My husband still left the a tip. I then went to have a real snd tasty dinner somewhere else. This place is amazing!!! Located right on the beach and just a walk down the street from Hotel Torre de Mar , you don’t have to go all the way into town to get some of the best cuisine! I came here with my wife on the first day of our trip! The Menu selection is impressive! They have a great drink Menu with custom cocktails and classics as well as a great wine list with local and imported. The chef who originates from Madrid cooks everything using local ingredients and you can taste the fresh flavors! Our host took the time to explain things on the menu and was not pushy or trying to up sell anything. Ordered the tequila sunrise for a drink, the salmon tar tar with golden potato chips for appetizers and paella for entrees. Everything was cooked to perfection. The paella’s rice was cooked all the way through and it had a great flavor from the clams and mussels it was cooked with ! We were planning on having desert but they give you so much food we were not able to finish everything. Also the drinks are good and strong! Although the restaurant was pretty busy our server and the host came to check on us multiple times! They had great conversation that was genuine.
