Having worked in hospitality for quite some time myself, I can happily say that Pierre and Natasha run one of the best independent bars I've ever been to anywhere, not just in Ibiza.

Me and my girlfriend visited Ibiza over Easter, and after going to Pina for 'one drink' and spending the entire night, me and my girlfriend ended up going back most nights while there.

The drinks are exceptional, it's not just some seasonal bartender mixing drinks off a recipe sheet. Pierre is very passionate and extremely good at what he does, he's also just a lovely bloke. The drinks are also very well priced when compared to what you get for the same price (or more) elsewhere in Ibiza.

The service and atmosphere is some of the best you'll find anywhere. This is one of those bars that if you spend more than an hour there, you'll leave feeling like you've been a regular for years. Natasha works very hard serving and getting to know guests, and creating the welcoming atmosphere of the bar.

In all, this is a fantastic bar run by a truly lovely couple, if you're in the area you need to visit at least once (it won't be just once).

This was a fantastic bar which we ended up visiting every day during our 10 day visit to see family. The couple running it were so lovely- super hospitable and fun to talk to! They seen to know all of their regular customers names and welcomed us and our 2 year old daughter daily. Make sure to try some of their cocktails!!! Delightful and beautifully presented. Natascha was great with our little one and made us feel so comfortable. Pierre was great to talk to and I can confirm they make their own syrups for cocktails from scratch as I saw them doing it!
