Cremat Beach Ibiza is an absolute gem, perfectly located right on Figueretes Beach. The sea view is breathtaking — the kind of place where you could sit for hours just soaking in the beauty of Ibiza.

The setting is great and the venue is beautiful however, service was appalling. We were left out of the front of the restaurant for 15 minutes before being told there was a queue inside for a table. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food from entering the restaurant. Staff were abrupt and inattentive. We repeatedly asked for more napkins and it took 3 times to get them - we initially got 2 between 3 people. In terms of the food, some of the poached eggs arrived raw. We sent them back and we got the same plate with the same soggy bread but more eggs on top. The raw egg juice was still all over the bread, bacon and plate. When we sent it back again we were told ‘we will put it on a fresh plate’ and we had to explain that we wanted some bread that hadn’t been in contact with raw egg.
