Skinny Kitchen in Ibiza isn’t just a brunch spot; it’s a sanctuary for the weary, a lifesaver for the partied-out souls who roam the island in search of salvation. During our sun-soaked holiday, we made our daily pilgrimage to this culinary oasis, a ritual that not only revived us from our hangovers but also cleansed us of the night before’s revelries. The Skinny Kitchen has become our second home.
From the moment we stumbled in, bleary-eyed and in desperate need of rejuvenation, Skinny Kitchen welcomed us with open arms. The ambiance was a perfect blend of laid-back charm and vibrant energy, a reflection of Ibiza itself. But it was the food and drinks that truly worked miracles.
Their delicious frothy iced coffees were nothing short of life-saving. Each sip was a rejuvenating elixir, a frosty, creamy delight that jolted us back to life. The coffee’s rich aroma and invigorating flavour felt like a gentle, caffeinated hug, banishing our hangovers to distant memories.
But the true highlight was the fabulous food. Every dish at Skinny Kitchen is a masterpiece, a beacon of health and flavour that stands as the real hotspot of the island.
It’s not just a place to eat; it’s a refuge, a place where the culinary arts meet wellness in a glorious fusion. The staff, ever attentive and brimming with warmth, made each visit a delight, ensuring our daily journey was met with smiles and exceptional service, curing all sense of hangover or comedown. We were so utterly obsessed, we even watched the euros from here, the burgers serving as lining for our stomachs before a big night out. Whether weary from the night before, or preparing for the night to come, make your way to Skinny Kitchen. It’s more than a meal; it’s a daily pilgrimage, it’s a way of life. ...
Read moreThe rather ironically named Skinny Kitchen serves a cookie dough dessert that I can only assume magically undoes anything healthy you might have done in a week let alone that meal, and severely risks you never eating anywhere else again. I suppose that’s the plan - serve a dessert sprinkled with coke in place of powdered sugar and people will find themselves powerless to resist. In all seriousness though, the food was predictably tasty, especially the chicken wrap/flatbread. It was tricky to find the bread since it’s piled high with fantastic ingredients, but I suppose it’s strictly possible to eat as a sandwich. Burger tasted very similar to an In’n Out or a five guys, it has that fast food consistency but with higher end flavour and American style cheese which is actually difficult to find anywhere else in Spain if you’re into it.
The waitress was absolutely delightful, and deserves a raise, unless she’s already overpaid and that’s why she’s so happy. Or she’s also still high on the...
Read moreHoly moly! The wife found this spot after some research and we decided to have a nice dinner date. Words can’t describe the experience we had. When I say everything was perfect, I mean everything. We had the most front balcony seat right next to the boardwalk where the people watching was awesome ;) the beach and the ocean was 20 ft in front. The food was out of this world. The fish tacos was absolutely the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. The balls, fries, and focaccia bread mouth watering. Celia was an amazing sever that never left us for too long and was super friendly and caring. We ended the night with the apple crumble and the cookie dough dessert. Holy hell… what a night. Coming back tomorrow to try the sk gyros and feta dip.
Rarely I review but wow, this place knocked it out...
