THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD, and the SERVICE WAS BARBARIC. You CHARGE HIDDEN FEES without INFORMING CUSTOMERS — like adding €1 PER REQUEST for CHILI SAUCE. That’s DECEPTIVE and UNACCEPTABLE.

Now, in response to your RIDICULOUS REPLY: NO, I’M NOT ASHAMED — YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED of your DISHONEST BEHAVIOR. There were 9 PEOPLE in our group, and we ALL ASKED for the food to be made EXTRA SPICY. You FAILED to deliver that, so we politely requested extra chili on the side. There were 8 REQUESTS, but now you CONVENIENTLY ROUND IT UP TO 10 to milk more money out of us? That’s not just greedy — it’s DISHONEST.

As we CLEARLY COMMUNICATED TO YOU, we were willing to pay, but you are SUPPOSED TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT EXTRA CHARGES. NO LEGITIMATE THAI RESTAURANT charges EXTRA for making food SPICY — AGAIN, we have been communicated to you that in a CAFE, extra Soy Milk will charged extra 50cents, but it will be labeled on the bottle and informing the clients! So we have been clearly informed you that the payment was not an issue, the FACTS TAHT YOU DIDNT TELL YOUR CLIENTS IS THE PROBLEM! Also, Thai food is SUPPOSED TO BE SPICY. What you’re doing is a SCAM.

And as if that’s not enough — we ALL PAID SEPARATELY, and when my bill was €36, you input €40 instead. You CLAIMED the first payment “DIDN’T GO THROUGH,” and then made me PAY AGAIN. At the end, when adding up all payments, you KNEW you had an EXTRA €40, but you STILL LIED ABOUT IT.

So YES — you SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED. Your SERVICE is BARBARIC, your CHARGES are DECEITFUL, and your ATTITUDE is...

Be aware of scam and tourist trap. We were 8 friends dining here trying to have a good night during our vacation. The waitress’s attitude was unbelievable and we’ve seen nowhere like this. Insisting on charging chili in a Thai restaurant and asking to pay more to level up the spice in Thai cuisine is simply outrageous, not to mention saying “ I don’t run a restaurant to have you come and eat 10 plates of chili sauce.” That’s disturbing and insulting to customers, considering we ordered a bunch of dishes and only requested 7 hot sauce out of 8 people, she kept saying 10 but truly it’s 7 and that’s dishonest amount on the bills. Additional charges are always possible if it’s mentioned or written. Communication with waitresses wasn’t possible as her anger has taken over, which also shown in her response on google review, strong words are used. We are happy tourist and wouldn’t bother leaving any reviews in general.
