Prince — Restaurant in Ibiza

I rarely leave a review , however, after a 3rd poor experience in a row in Prince, in a prime tourist location during a quiet period, I feel the need to do so. During the first visit staff were extremely rude, we felt as if we were unwanted however we ordered cocktails still, staff were very rude at all times. On the second visit, the main issue was due to poor service for example a table of 4 people ordered breakfast, once 3 ppl had appeared to finish their plates the waitress took their plates, I was the 4th person I just about had swallowed my last slice and the waitress took my plate. On the 3rd visit this was the final straw, again a table of 4 ordered drinks & also food, 3 ppl received their food, the 4 th person did not and followed up after 10 mins asking for their food, while others clearly had finished at this stage, the waitress advised this was on its way. Another 5 minutes later the food arrived while all others at the table clearly had empty plates, and no apology or explanation for the delay was given. The only good thing about the place is that they have the location, because of this they know they will always get the customers. I simply pity...

I have honestly never left a bad review before because I always say it must be a bad night but being here for the 3rd time and the service to actually get worse is beyond me. The service would probably be better in hell!! It is an inconvenience to order food. A drink is fine as long it is simple and straightforward and just the one because you will be waiting otherwise. I have the dietary requirements of a 10 year old boy. So my food is as basic as it comes and I ordered basic each time but this still was a task for them. The only thing good about this place is the location. We arrived in the off peak season so it really shouldn't have been so hard, but we were ever so wrong about that. Breakfast/Lunch and dinner is a no go if you are hungry but sure if you are bored and want a conversation starter at the table, order and let the odds be ever in...

DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA HERE, Sorry, but it's terrible. I'm a pizza guy, built my own pizza oven in lock down. And I can safely say the pizza here is terrible. The dough doesn't inflate like it should, seems the cheese is a mozzarella/ cheddar mix, just no.

My son loved the spaghetti Bolognese, so you could try that, my mum had the vegetable tapas, she liked it but two others on our table didn't like it.

One of the service staff was nice, but the other looked like she hated working there with a passion which didn't send out a good vibe

Atmosphere was nice as by the sea and some cool Balearic tunes in the background

I wouldn't choose to go here again,...
