Dining at Omakase by Walt was one of the most memorable experiences I've had in Ibiza. Tucked away in Ibiza town, the space is small with just ten seats, which makes it feel incredibly special and intimate from the moment you walk in. Chef Walt himself prepares each dish in front of you and you can feel the care and precision in every movement. The flavours were clean, delicate and absolutely spot-on. I still think about tuna nigiri and the eel hand roll with sansho pepper, unreal. It's more than just a dinner, it's a beautifully choreographed experience. Beautiful Omakase Experience in Ibiza town. The quality of the fish is the best you can find, the rice was delicious and we also liked the size of the nigiris (not too big). The bar accommodates 8 guests so it’s a very intimate experience.
