La Vaca Argentina Ibiza — Restaurant in Ibiza

I’ll start off by saying that the food was not bad even though I ordered a steak medium well it arrive medium, but that was fixed rather quickly by returning it to the grill. The servers were not very attentive to me which that was not a major issue and I could overlook. The problem came into play when I was informed that their card machine was down and that I was required to go to the ATM to retrieve funds from the ATM for the meal if I did not have euro as they did not accept Dollar.

One of the staff members insisted that she walked me to the ATM, which bothered me a little bit, but I didn’t pay any mind. I declined as I was in a conversation with someone sitting next to me in the restaurant, upon going to the ATM. I realize that I was being watched, and as I returned from the ATM, the young lady met me halfway down the block to retrieve the money again, being watched and followed, and then when I made mention to the manager as to why he was watching me, he denied it. I don’t think I’m mistakenly saw another 6 foot tall, black man With a suit jacket that looks just like the manager in the same place and same time in Ibiza. There were other guest that witnessed his behavior and thought it to be rude and disrespectful, but then the staff double down and stated they weren’t watching me. They weren’t following me which multiple people observed in the restaurant to be a lie. The most rude and disrespectful thing of it all is for the manager to state to me that “I too am negro”. And to me for him to say something like that just illustrates his mindset on why he was watching me. Planned on returning the next day with a larger group, but I will not and I don’t recommend it if you fall outside of there...

La Vaca Argentina ruined our whole Christmas.

In November we booked for the 25th, Christmas Day, to have dinner with our family who came for Christmas to Ibiza to spend Christmas together at La Vaca Argentina. After receiving a booking confirmation and having a conversation on email whether La Vaca Argentina was doing a menu for Christmas or not, we didn’t receive anything anymore. The booking was confirmed through email.

Yesterday evening, the 25th of December, Christmas Day, we went to the restaurant at the time which we were confirmed by through the restaurant and we were standing in front of a closed door. After calling La Vaca and sending messages through instagram, no reaction was given.

This resulted in having no other choice, at the time it was already 21:30, going to McDonald’s on Christmas Day.

On google the restaurant stated to be open, also our booking was confirmed. Even on their general website, they posted a Christmas menu, so there was no reason to believe that the restaurant would be closed.

When passing by the restaurant this morning, the manager started being rude after saying there was nothing they could do, since it was “obviously...

If you’re a meat lover, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and the delightful aroma of sizzling meats. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations for wine pairings.

Overall, this restaurant is a true gem for meat enthusiasts. The quality of the food, the inviting atmosphere, and the exceptional service make it a place I can’t wait to return to. Highly recommended!
