We had high hopes after reading the reviews about the food, unfortunately it was a disaster. I am sympathetic that they are a new restaurant but there were many things I couldn’t let slide without a review. I hope for them it improves. • Waited over an hour for food • The aged beef was not trimmed (a regular thing I find in Mallorca probably to save money) so it tasted like the smell of truck the animal was transported in, had to cut away the edges to make it edible. As a rule you should trim away the exterior of an aged steak and that part should be considered inedible, before it is cooked and served • The chicken was not cooked, slimy texture and pink near the bones, because of this and we did not eat it, I then had to ask for it to be taken off the bill after complaining because we were charged for it • Steak was undercooked and unevenly cooked • The meal came without any of the sides we ordered and we had to ask for those while the meat got cold, and €8 for some iceburg lettuce, one tomato and a slice of onion is rich!! • Was a twenty or so minute wait for our meal order to be taken after being seated, they were clearly understaffed. I had to go to the bar myself because I could not get the attention of the waiter, they also missed the beer we ordered completely • Aioli was without any salt or mayonnaise, we also had to ask for salt when the meal came which was a pinch bowl retrieved of another table that had been used by other people 🤦🏼♀️ • Left hungry and disappointed at yet another sub par...

First we ordered a steak, a lamb and a frito mallorquin for 50 euros, We wait from dawn to dark, it took a long time for the first course, really slow. During this period, two waiters asked us four times if we wanted to order more potatoes or vegetables for an extra fee. This one was overzealous and made us feel a little embarrassed. The beef and lamb were terrible, the dishes had no decoration, the 40 day aged beef we tasted rotten and felt bad; lamb tasted the cheapest. Out of no waste we ate it all but we weren't comfortable, probably the worst beef and lamb we've ever had. I'm sorry for my bad review and hope you will work harder...
Read moreSegunda oportunidad y última . Una pena ,porque el sitio es una pasada, pero también lo es la mala atención y calidad. Nos pidieron semi rápido y tardaron 10minutos en sacar la bebida , desde la mesa veía como la bebida estaba esperando en la barra y hasta dos veces la camarera subía la espuma de la cerveza . Bueno, pedimos dos rubia gallega de kilo cada una, no comprendo la tardanza cuando las trajeron literalmente crudas y mal cortadas (había muchos trazos que tenían más grasa que carne ) , con una plancha (no piedra ) APAGADA!! Nos traen dos guarniciones para 4 px en las que no habrían mas de 20papas fritas , pero lo más brutal es que no cabe la comida en la mesa de modo que lo dejan todo delante de una persona y los otros 3 con solo bebida delante. Le pedimos una mesa auxiliar y casi explotan por el esfuerzo . Tuvimos que esperar 5minutos con la carne en la mesa porque habia una fotógrafa y todo el personal mirandonos ( por cierto ,la chica de la barra,no está bien hacer según que comentarios de los clientes) . Un tal Pedro (deduciblemente propietario ) que solo se preocupaba de que no le faltara ginebra a su copa y sus amigos. Pues bien, nos tuvieron aún que cambiar la planca porque no encendía , y de ahí pasaron 5 veces para bajarnosla porque humeaba ( ES POR LA GRASA !!) . La música inexistente porque había mas anuncios que nada ( el spoti vale 9€ al mes . .) Lo mejor fue en el postre , tomadura de pelo auténtica , TARTA DE OREO. Y la hacen de la MARCA 'NEO' DEL EROSKI,(adjunto foto) por favor , se lo digo a la camarera y me reprocha que es mentira, a lo que la invito a sacarme la caja y en su cara le demuestro que no es OREO. estaba mala igual qur la tarta de queso. No la tocamos, pero la cobraron . Es una pena ,pero este sitio,no va a durar mucho . Por menos dinero y una calidad superior tienes otro asador...
