Can Jordi Inca — Local services in Inca

We went there to have a "variat" (mix of tapas) for breakfast. The place is a bit dark for my taste but it has quite a nice outside seating. It smelled really good as they were roasting chickens with what looked like real coal and wood. So I bet those chickens must be delicious. The variat in itself looked good (check the picture), but as I started eating I noticed some flavours that were not supposed to be there. For instance, the meat of one of the tapas had quite an acidic taste, which usually means that it is starting to get spoiled. At the same time, it was very spicy (I like spicy) and I'm not sure if it was supposed to be this way or it was a way to cover that acidic taste. The rest of the tapas were ok, but I still felt, from bite to bite, the acidic taste. Las albondigas tenian dias, con sabor a pasadas, el frito mallorquin regular, no tenia hinojo, el pulpo con cebolla pasado, la patata de la ensaladilla cruda y poco sabor, el pica pica salado, y encima carisimo, que realmente no me importa pagar si es bueno, pero es de lo peor que he comido en la isla, no volveré y no recomiendo estos platos, tienen mas comida que quizás es mejor...y al dueño le digo, acepta esta critica, mi intencion con el comentario es para que mejore y no para hundir el negocio, se que cuesta mucho esfuerzo y dinero levantarlo pero hay que mejorarlo...

Buena comida para llevar o para disfrutar allí mismo. Hemos ido un par de veces a buscar comida y otra a comer allí. El frito de marisco, muy buena. La paella, también. Si quieren llevarse una paella hay que reservarla días antes. Nos llevamos la paellera sin tener que pagar a parte por la paellera, como hacen muchos establecimientos. Las pelotas con salsa de tomate, muy buenas también. Los niños pidieron espaguetis carbonara pero no les gustaron porque llevaban pimienta. El resto, fantástico. Volveremos.
