We went there last sunday and it was absolutely amazing. You should definitely go there if you have the possibility.

We got the five course tasting menu. It is mallorcan food but made in the best possible way/ingredients with the best combinations. Everything tasted amazing (the best food our whole trip) and we were super full afterwards. My husband got a wine pairing/menu with mallorcan wines (he said they were very good). We loved it so much that we completely forgot about our car return that evening so we had to leave in a rush (missing pictures of food) but it was no problem. Im pregnant and they had no issues to accommodate it (they had definitely thought about the food items that you arent allowed to eat before we arrived). They even made a delicious lemonade for me. The service was super sweet and professional. You have a direct view into the kitchen and we talked with the fantastic chef at the end.

We dont get why the place wasnt absolutely full with people.

Parking was the only problem (which isnt their fault), so we had to drive around for some time but it...

Where to start? Booked a table for 8:30, did not get serve until 22:00. Would have been ok by Spanish standard if 1- they did serve us what we actually ordered (two mistake on three of the dishes) 2- they did not charge us for the dishes they served us by mistake (and refused to change the bill when we told them). The food wasn’t good. Or to be fair, on in five dishes in the « discovery » menu was OK. Kids got served last, around 10pm… I really do not recommend this place. Came out of it upset and hungry. I was mislead by the restaurant’s ratings on Google (4,5 starts), I don’t usually comment, but thought this comment might help others get a better sense of what to expect… disaster evening....

As always a pure delight from the first charming benvinguts to the last bite of dessert. wonderful food: the tapas menu consists of combinations and variations of mallorcan/spanish classics, with local seasonal products and little twists and added flavors, that keep it interesting and surprising. the white asparagus with sobrasada and quail eggs were divine and the ensaladilla rusa was probably the best i’ve ever eaten. the meat canneloni were also amazing. the other option are two tasting menus with either 5 or 8 courses, that also come with a wine pairing. the restaurant is quiet and nicely decorated and offers views to the kitchen where everything is prepared freshly.

Dinning at Joan Marc was an unforgettable experience, a perfect balance of sophistication and simplicity. The restaurant beautifully blends modern culinary techniques with authentic flavors, using aromatic herbs and Mallorca producers to add a touch of uniqueness to every dish. The waiter was exceptionally knowledgeable, passionately explaining the ingredients, making the experience even more immersive. Joan Marc is truly worth the trip to Inca. The Michelin starred restaurant is a mist visit for anyone who appreciates refined yet honest cuisine. An absolute delight!
