Ramen House — Restaurant in Inca

What a disappointment 😞. From their website I expected home made gyoza and a big bowl of hot ramen. But in the small selection of gyoza, there was not even one gyoza!!! Just ok siu mai, tasty har gau and pretty tasteless steamed pork buns :( and I'm not sure if any of them were home made. And the ramen, when it eventually came, was tiny and lukewarm. I left hungry and went to a nearby Moroccan restaurant for hot mint tea and delicious pastries. The kitchen and front of house were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. We were 3 people, each of our 3 main courses came at different times over the space of 2 hours and only after asking the waiters three times to check if our order had been lost. In my friends' prawn dishes there was no sign of the delicious looking prawns in the website photos. The table next to us waited more than an hour with no drinks nor food. The worst was the attitude of the owner's son, who claims that as he is experienced in hospitality, it was the other waiter who was to blame for the entire shambles. No ho recoman en absolut. Primerament, tenen una carta per una tableta, a la qual no apareixen les fotos dels plats perquè no carrega l’internet i no duen especificats els ingredients. En segon lloc, quan ho hem demanat a la cambrera no ens ha sabut explicar que duia cada plat, així doncs, hem demanat una mica sense saber que demanàvem. En tercer lloc, els ramens deixen molt a desitjar, ja que quasi no tenen toppings i els que duen son en poca quantitat, els ous son bullits normals i no son els típics de ramen, els trossos de vadella son massa fets i a conseqüència son molt forts, tots han estat molt salats i a més a més haguent demanat el mateix plat uns tenien fideus prims i altres gruixats i a sobre, eren crus. El que sí que podria destacar en positiu és que els entrants i les postres han estat bons malgrat es notes que eren aliments congelats. L’establiment és bàsic. Erem 9 persones i ens ha costat...

Lugar agradable. Camarero y cocineros muy amables, intentan ayudar y asesorar con todo. Buen ambiente

Pedimos una tabla de Gyozas grande. La cual se puede ver en las fotos lo que traía, buenísimas mi favorita la de cerdo frita creo que era.

También pedimos Ramen de Ternera, nos explicó que hay gente que no quiere cilantro ni cebollino y que si queríamos sin ello se podía hacer. Pero decidimos probarlo con todo. El cebollino si que es bastante fuerte de sabor pero igualmente estaba muy bueno. Ración de ramen generosa y sabrosa.

De postre queríamos probar el helado frito, y no quedaba. Nos explicó que el fin de semana volaron todos y es un postre que les lleva bastante tiempo prepararlo. Tendremos que volver para probarlo la...
