Coffee Republic — Restaurant in Ingenio

I visited the coffee shop this morning ( 29/09/21) around 9:45 am ,I placed my order which included 2 Caffe con leche made with cold milk , instead I received very hot milk.I went back to the ladies thinking that we could have had a miscommunication,and I explained that milk wasn't cold, they told me that it was but if I wanted they could fill up the cup with some ice. A mistake can be made,but when it happens, lying to a paying customers it's not a very good solution! Next time try to offer a new drink and I am sure you won't have to deal with unhappy...

Terrible experience at the coffee shop in the Gran Canaria Airport ! I went to buy a coffee and a yogurt muffin. I wanted to pay part in cash and part by card, but the woman with short white hair refused and said she doesn’t accept cash at all, only card. Right after me, I saw her taking cash from other clients ! I was shocked 😡. As a foreign traveler, I felt discriminated against.. The service was bad. I ordered an ‘iced latte’, but it tasted like water with coffee. I came back and said something about it but he did not want to believe me.
