Uber Eats charged us 4 times the amount of our order 74 plus euros. We called Uber Eats and they refused to refund our money so we tied calling the restaurant and they did not pick up so I canceled my PayPal for this order which was an application error. We went to the restaurant and there was a family finishing their meal. We explained everything to a blonde slim "supervisor-Type" everything. She said she would take care of everything. She went into her office for10 minutes, I expect to talk to Uber Eats. Nothing was said to us. We expected we were still going to order our food and have dinner. When the manager returned we were informed that the restaurant was closed and she did not even offer to take our order as a take away. Now it was really late and everything was closing. Her attitude was not at all pleasant or accommodating. She offered no solution for us to have dinner. She didn´t even smile or apologize for the mix up. No explanations were offered. I am from California and this would not of happened there. We have an expectation of service and client relations and I felt disappointed and ashamed of the treatment and the lack of dinner along with the disappearance of the manager saying she would handle everything. So Thank you KFC for embarrassing me in front of my Spanish friend after I bragged how well the servic e was in McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King etc... I will never eat at KFC ( like I didn´t that night, even though I would have placed an order to go) nor order from Uber Eats. I did see the staff enjoying their...
Read moreBack in January, i had the chance to try the Squid Game Chicken Sandwich from the KFC outlet in Luz Shopping Center, Jerez, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the experience. The sandwich I received was nowhere near what I expected based on the enticing commercials and advertisements. It was significantly smaller and lacked the flavorful punch that was promised. The stark difference in the size and quality of the sandwich compared to the ads left me feeling quite let down.
To make matters worse, the meal was quite pricey, costing nearly 15 euros. For this amount, I anticipated a satisfying and substantial meal, but what I got instead was a very thin and not-so-fresh chicken patty. The time it took to prepare the sandwich only added to my frustration, as the end result was far from what I had hoped for. I believe that this constitutes false advertisement, as the sandwich did not resemble the appealing image portrayed in the ads.
Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I hope that KFC takes note of this feedback. It's essential for a brand like KFC to maintain consistency and deliver on their promises to ensure customer...
Read moreI visited this location at cc area sur Jerez. I decided to order a chicken salad with vinaigrette. When it was ready, I asked if I could have another packet of vinaigrette since the salad was kind of big but the manager said no, that I had to pay for the extra one (I am 💯 sure that she would provide any extra sauces to her friends and family) I understand KFC wants to be in Spain but neither the extra pay for package or the very chewy chicken compares with USA. Your company wants to be in Spain? Do better!! My salad was to go since my husband was ordering something else (he is American so he would not eat at kfc) when I took the salad out of the bag, I saw that they put 3 wooden forks and no knife. That chicken would not come apart with two forks, not even with 3. I went back to get a knife so I told the manager that she could waste the forks but not the extra vinaigrette. She could have been nice and make the customer happy but no, she had an attitude on top of that. Never going back and I will warn my American friends...
