UDON — Restaurant in Jerez

We ordered 4 different Udon.

Thai Style Curry Udon : Very watery and tasteless. I don't feel any coconut milk, lemongrass,curry and fish sauce (These are the general ingredients it should have for Thai Green Curry)

Kimchi Udon : Not as in the picture in the menu, no kimchi at all. Overall is the best for us between these 4 orders.

Another 2, I don't remember the menu name. But also very tasteless, watery and nothing the same as what's mentioned in the menu.

I'm sorry for my comments but I wish your menu development team should do more surveys and research.

Your service team is good, just a pity to them because there are 2 people to serve the cloud during the weekend. Staffing so limited, Kitchen staffs 2 person's (1 female kitchen helper + dish cleaner) and main chef just 1 person.

The food is subpar… if you know anything about Japanese cuisine then you’ll identify right away that this place misses the mark entirely. The ramen portions for the price they charge were disgustingly small. My family and I came to Spain from Japan, and this is a scam! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Which was a great experience, but the ambiance was small cramped tables that could scarcely fit more than what we ordered😞, and minimal seating on the interior for families with babies, and no shade or protections from the environment for the outdoors seating.

If I could charge this place stars for the ramen I would. And I could scarcely imagine anything else on the menu to be of comparable quality. I could add water to anything in our pantry and it would have outmatched this. Save your money and move on. We had the Tampopo Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen… equally...

Do not come here looking for AUTHENTIC Japanese food, you won’t find it. I’ve been living in Spain for a couple years now and I have noticed that the Asian cuisine here is a little lacking and I always keep this is mind, but anyways on to the review

Sushi mix appetizer- Pretty good arrangement of sushi but made with noodles instead of rice. Different but overall good 3/5

Tampopo Ramen- Very good ramen, broth was flavorful. Noodles are pretty good, chasu melts in your mouth very good flavor although I wish they would sear the chasu and brown it a bit to give it some more texture
