Bar Barbas Food&Drinks — Restaurant in La Línea de la Concepción

Fusion or modern approach on classics from different parts of the world such as Argentine steak, American burges, Chinese bao or Mexican tacos. They have specific Spanish dishes but with a twist (can't say these reinterpreted Bravas were hitting the spot for me). Prices are a bit on the higher end, service is efficient but not particularly friendly or accommodating (or maybe our waiter just had a bad day). Bar is located in one of the best places (if not the best) in town. Service was nice and efficient. The most important - food, was very good but with exceptions (tacos could be better). An unpleasant surprise is paid bread and service. I'm going to visit it again, especially to try famous burgers. EDIT: I tried those burgers and I just assured myself 4 stars is the proper score. La comida es verdad que estaba muy buena, mi enhorabuena para el cocinero, y entonces la pregunta es ¿Por qué una estrella? Que comiencen los cuadragésimo séptimos juegos del hambre.

Para empezar, al camarero parecía que le costaba dinero hablar, parecía un "si hablas pierdes" hasta el punto de tener que decirle nosotros a él los fuera de cartas que tenían en función de lo que vimos por diferentes reseñas.

Después, un error imperdonable... LOS PRECIOS DE LA CARTA NO CORRESPONDEN CON LO QUE TE COBRAN, y SI, lo pongo en mayúsculas porque me ha indignado bastante, y para colmo cuando se lo decimos al camarero nos contesta con to su arte y salero que es un error de imprenta y se lavan las manos... Osea, que tengo yo que pagar por vuestro error e incompetencia ¿verdad?

Y si piensas que la cosa acaba ahí, ni mucho menos "my friend", con toda la indignación pagamos la cuenta en efectivo... Pasados 5, 10, 15... 20 MINUTAZOS... La mesa ya recogida por los camareros y el cambio no aparece, nos acercamos al mostrador a reclamarla ya que nadie nos la iba a traer, allí nadie sabia nada y es que con toda su cara dura "caradurismo" había echado el cambio en el bote de propinas porque le salió del alma...

En resumen, que no vuelvo xD...
