I don't even know where to start.. We've been driving around spain and have stayed in beautiful places along the way. We decided to head to Gibraltar last min.. Oh man what a mistake. We got to the hotel and was informed that we had to pay 20 euros a day for parking.. Pretty expensive..but we figured itd be worth it. We got up to our room and as soon as we entered we were bombarded with the stench of sewage. We tried airing it out and running the sink water in hopes that the smell would go away. It didn't. So we tried calling down to reception.. Guess what!? There's no cord for the phone haha! Of course not! So we headed down stairs to ask for a new room. The woman at the front desk, although she was nice, tried to tell us that everything in Linea smelled like that. Which seemed like a farse. We got a new room and it didn't smell but the door literally pushed open and the entire door handle and lock was falling off the door. The rooms here are horrible.. Hostels are more accommodating than this hotel. The beds look like military cots with a burlap sack as a blanket and one pillow. For the amount kwe paid I feel like I could've gotten a better room at a homeless shelter. They refused to give us our money back and were now on our third room here. I do not recommend staying here at all. My advice is to just skip this area all together. Go to Seville or Malaga. I will say that the ohtels in other cities are much nicer than this place. This one reflects very poorly on this hotel chain.
Edit: The owner decided to reply and I think that they've just proved how low quality their customer service is. I have pictures and videos of my stay there. I have a receipt of how much I paid for parking for 1 night. It was not 10 euro. I'm not going to go out of my way to write lies about some hotel. I wrote this review so that people aren't mislead about the quality of this hotel. There's no duvet cover. Only a sheet and a thin table cloth material cover as pictured. One pillow and all the other pillows inside the closet didn't have pillow cases and were dusty. This is not acceptable for a hotel that charges that much. The worst thing you can do as a business owner is reply to customer reviews the...
