The staf was really nice and helpfull. As for the food, it s decent. For the mains we had both burito and crunchywrap, the crunchywrap has a really nice cheesy sauce and the vegetables in it were tasty and fresh which is pretty uncommon for fast foods like this so this is a plus. For sides we had both fries and nachos. Both of them have their special seasoning mix which is really good. The nachos are pretty dry so i recommend getting at least 1-2 sauces on the side, we had a cheesy sauce which are rpetyy small and it was not enough for a normal side of nachos. The drinks were pretty bad, idk but i guess the mixture was not well made, the coca cola was too watery with really small amount of flavour, and the nestea had way too much aroma in it and was too concentrated, it needed a lot more water/soda in the mixture. The food was exceptionally good. Having moved to The Canary Islands 11 years ago it had been long time since I'd eaten TacoBell. The food didn't disappoint and we all enjoyed the food. We flew from a different island just to celebrate a friend's birthday here. TacoBell is what he wanted.

Close your ears to the incredibly brusque and rude servers, who could easily ruin your faith in basic kindness.

Close your eyes so you can't see everything being made by unwashed hands without gloves. Ignore the server wiping a table with a dish cloth and then immediately digging her hands into the taco chips and you'll be fine.

Servicio lamentable, hoy 8 de noviembre hemos ido a cenar, unas papas y un taco, pedimos las papas grandes, cuando nos sirven, nos damos cuenta que nos han puesto literalmente 10 papas, por tanto mi amiga fue a comentarlo a ver si había sido un error, que nos encontramos? Que el ‘’supuesto encargado’’ nos habla fatal, con prepotencia, diciendo que tienen una pala que mide cuanto echa, de muy malas maneras, cuando con mala leche nos va a poner más papás, ya que habíamos pedido las grandes, coge MI taco con las manos para quitarlo y ponerlas papas, y VUELVE a tocarlo con las manos, hablándole mal a mi amiga que me hablo con toda la educación del mundo. Finalmente decidimos irnos y que nos devolvieran el dinero y nos dice en varias ocasiones gritando ‘’adiós que tengan un buen día’’ y riéndose. No nos gusta jugar con el trabajo ajeno, pero ambas trabajamos al público y no hay derecho a recibir un trato tan vejatorio, y además la falta de higiene cuando encima no se ha hecho un buen trabajo. No pensamos volver nunca más, y de testigo tienen al otro chico que estaba trabajando y otro compañero del taxi bell del centro comercial Los Alisios, que nos habló al salir del local cabreadas diciéndonos que el chico no tenía razón, que solo hay un medidor para las papas, así sean grandes o pequeñas, confirmando que el empleado que nos mal atendió encima nos mintió. Repito, ambas trabajamos al público y sabemos cómo tratar a un empleado, pero desde luego aquí no saben cómo tratar a un cliente, que no siempre tiene la razón, pero en este caso nos han estafado, mentido y mal tratado.
