Cervecería La Sureña, TGB y 100Montaditos — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

If you're tired of the typical fast food burger joint and want to upgrade your lunch game, TGB is the place to be! I visited twice and both times my taste buds were in heaven. The cheeseburger steak was cooked to perfection, the buns were so fresh they could've been picked from a wheat field, and the fries were crispier than a comedian's joke. And the best part? Prices that are cheaper than McDonald's but with quality that's worth twice the price. For just 10 euros, I got a cheeseburger, fries, and a large beer that left me feeling fuller than a tick on a plump dog. So ditch the Golden Arches and head to TGB for a meal that'll make your taste buds say 'Thank Goodness...

Mi visita a este local de comida fue una gran decepción. Anteriormente me había llevado buenas experiencias pero ya son varios aspectos los que supone una mala imagen para los clientes. Una de las primeras cosas que noté fue que el baño estaba inoperable, lo cual no solo es un gran inconveniente, sino que también es ilegal. No entiendo cómo un establecimiento que se supone debe cuidar a sus clientes puede permitirse tener un baño fuera de servicio. Es un aspecto fundamental, especialmente para aquellas personas con condiciones médicas que requieren acceso a un baño en cualquier momento. La falta de adaptaciones y consideración hacia estas personas es inaceptable. A ello se añade una mala ventilación del local que en condiciones de aforo completo supone un problema.

Otro punto negativo es la falta de sincronización en los horarios del local con otros establecimientos cercanos que ofrecen servicios complementarios. Esto creó una gran confusión y problemas logísticos durante mi visita. No tiene sentido que los horarios no estén coordinados, ya que esto afecta negativamente la experiencia del cliente.

En resumen, la falta de un baño funcional y la desorganización en los horarios son problemas graves que necesitan ser resueltos urgentemente. No recomendaría este lugar hasta que estas cuestiones sean atendidas...

100% disappointment. I usually visit 100 Montaditos every time I visit Spain, this time was by far the worst experience ever. This branch should definitely be closed. Everything was horrible, the food was cold, the restaurant dirty and the toilets were absolutely disgusting (smell and pee all over). They forgot to do my food and I was waiting for like 15 mins when the restaurant was not even busy....
