Update (reply to restaurant's reaction): That doesn't make any sense keeping the kitchen closed and the place open the last hour, since you don't serve anything else but lunch and dinner. Is that additional hour, since the kitchen closes to closure time, the time you give to the customers already inside to leave? The rule which you mentioned may be on the door, but it's not listed anywhere else online, which makes the information on Google Maps inaccurate. And to call and have a checklist to ask before coming over doesn't seem very professional now, does it? Too bad I can't rate you 0 stars or lower...
Original review: We went there an hour before closing time, wanting to get a coffee and some vegan desserts, which we read about in some other reviews. Also in the reviews we read they serve coffee and that they are dog friendly. After a short talk with the lady at the counter, she refused to serve anything but food, on account that they are a restaurant and they only serve food and they don't serve any dessert or coffee. The coffee machine was right behind her, up and running, and so were at least 3 types of already made desserts displayed in a showcase. It's a big disappointment to see such bad service, or better said, no service at all, still up and running. Dear owners, it may come as a shock, but your business will not last very long if you keep treating your guests solely as a way to make money. Read moreWe just passed by this restaurant, we stopped specially in Leon, but we arrived after the kitchen was closed and asked if we could have a coffee and eat a cake and the woman there said straight no, that they don't have coffee and they don't have cakes either, that the only thing they serve there is food, whereas in the back was the coffee machine and in the fridge were 3-4 kinds of cakes. It wasn't even closing time and we also carried the motorcycle equipment for a good few minutes for this restaurant. I thought people in a vegan restaurant are more open, but it was a big disappointment, unfortunately.

Reply: Thanks for the recommendation, but better mention it online and don't wait for people to arrive in front of the restaurant to read the rule sheet posted outside. In addition to that, there is no justification for the interval in which you say the restaurant is open, namely until 4:30 pm, because if the kitchen closes at 3:30 pm and you don't serve anything else besides food anyway, it means that anyone who comes after 3:30 pm can't be served anything else. Read moreMuy mala experiencia, fuimos a comer el sábado, solo había dos mesas ocupadas de unas 5-6, nos sentó el camarero, súper amable, en una, pero el jefe salió y nos cambió de mesa un poco de malas formas a otra, porque llevábamos una perrita y "molestaba" donde estaba, ya ahí un poco raro. Luego, se le oía todo el rato dar órdenes al camarero muy borde, se oía TODO, con 3 mesas no había necesidad de generar ningún tipo de estrés, el camarero nos estaba atendiendo estupendamente. Después una pareja al lado quería pedir algo de picar y beber (dos entrantes), se lo pidieron al camarero y salió el jefe al minuto diciendo que eso no era un bar, que no había servicio de bar, y que si no iban a pedir nada más que se fueran, ya eso nos generó un poco más de mal cuerpo, pero encima, cuando fuimos a pedir nosotros, que íbamos a pedir un entrante y un plato, en principio, pasó parecido; entró el chico con la comanda y se le oyó al jefe quejarse enfadado, y volvió el camarero y nos tuvo que decir que si no pedíamos postre, que era poco, que nos tendríamos que ir..... No sé, muy mal ambiente generaba el señor ese, que al final se quedó con una única mesa, porque nosotros nos fuimos también. La comida tenía buena pinta eso sí, una pena que el trato y el ambiente generado por el jefe fuese tan malo, no le ponemos un 1 porque el camarero el pobre, fue muy amable.
