Umi Sushi — Restaurant in León

Señoras y señores,

As a person who is proud to come from Asia. I have had a hard time finding authentic Asian food let alone Japanese. This spot is definitely a must if you want to have an actual Japanese food and not one of those want to be Japanese or fusion that doesn’t know about the authenticity of Japanese food.

The restaurant is spacious, clean and beautiful. The food was very delicious. I’m very impressed by the quality, taste, and price considering how rare it is to find something like this, let alone in Leon.

The kitchen definitely knows what they are doing.

So if you question the authenticity and the taste of Japanese food here, don’t.

I highly recommend this place!

The REAL japanese restaurant in León. There are many asian restaurants offering japanese cuisines but doesn’t fulfilled my taste. But here, they KNOW how to cook rice properly, quality of food is great, staffs are really nice and attentive. I really love this place! Tip for everyone: order kakiage.

Esta es la primera reseña que escribo para un restaurante porque no es algo que me suela apetecer hacer nunca. Sin embargo, POR FIN, después de salir de ya muchísimas comidas y cenas de Umi Sushi sintiendo que es mi restaurante favorito de León, creo que lo mínimo era sentarme a escribir estas palabras. ¿Por dónde empezar? Platos riquísimos con productos MUY frescos y de buenísima calidad (solo hay que probar el sashimi para saborear el pescado fresquísimo con el que trabajan), sabores elegantes, intensos, deliciosos y muy inteligentemente combinados. El mejor sushi que he probado hasta la fecha, pero, además del sushi, carta muy variada y amplia para satisfacer los gustos de diversos paladares. También, postres muy ricos. Calidad-precio excelente. Siempre salgo de allí con la sensación de que he comido genial y sano a un precio muy razonable. Por si fuera poco, la decoración minimalista del local, la preciosa vajilla en la que sirven todo, la eficacia, la buena disposición y el trato agradable del servicio te ayudan a desconectar y a relajarte mientras disfrutas de sabores exquisitos.
