Extremely Disappointing Experience I’m still in shock at how poorly we were treated. We were a group of five professional women in our 50s: calm, respectful, and in great spirits, looking forward to a nice evening out. Instead, we were met with shockingly rude service.
A Peruvian waiter, who appeared to be second in charge, came to our table abruptly, dropped the water glasses without care, and rushed us to order. He was visibly agitated, forgot part of our order (which delayed the meal by another 20 minutes), and never once apologized, not for the delay, nor for slamming glasses onto our table.
When we asked a simple question about the menu, he replied condescendingly that we "didn't know how to read." I’ve never encountered this kind of disrespectful behavior in a restaurant—and I’ve dined all over the world. As a New Yorker and someone who works in the food and hospitality space, I was genuinely appalled.

The restaurant is very nice and cosy and there were lots of guests. The food were very well prepared and very tasty. The wine was good and prices were not expensive. Aquest restaurant no accepta reserves i la gent que arriba i no hi ha taules lliures, els van anotant mentre es queden alli esperant. Aixo provova l'aglomeracio de la gent que espera a l'entrada del local, un espai reduit. Es van amuntegant i n'hi que sense cap consideracio acaben recolzats literalment damunt les cadires els clients que estan menjant a la part del davant, com ha estat el nostre cas. Hem demanat als cambrers que els facin enrera pero unicament la cambrera que ens ha servit, ho ha entes i educadament ha demanat la gent a peu dret que se separes de les taules. Pero poc cas li han fet. El responsable no ha assumit en absolut la nostra queixa i s ha molestat amb la situacio. Davant la nostra insistencia el que ha fet finalment de molt mala gana, es dir a la gent invasiva que es fessin enrera perque: "nosaltres ens estavem queixant". Increible!!! Aixo ha provocat un sopar molt, molt incomode i molt agobiant. A mes no es podia parlar ja que tohom qui estava esperant parlava i reia fort. La nostra sensacio ha estat que als responsables del local els va molt be aquesta situacio perque d'aquesta forma els clients que estan sopant a les primeres taules tendeixen a marxar mes rapid per fugir d'aquesta situacio tan agobiant.
