The rudest service I’ve experienced in a long time.

The staff here clearly doesn’t want to be there — and they make sure you feel the same way. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like we were a burden. No no basic courtesy. Asking a simple question felt like we were interrupting their day.

We waited forever for someone to take our order, only to be met with eye rolls and zero interest. At one point, we had to get up and go inside to ask if our food was coming. Not a single apology or explanation — just more attitude.

I don’t expect 5-star treatment, but I do expect basic respect when I’m paying to eat somewhere. With staff this cold and careless, it ruins the entire experience. Never...

The food we ordered was chicken fingers and a bowl with chicken. The kids chicken fingers were very dry. They tasted stale. Like they had been cooked 2 days ago. The potatoes were good. But that’s about it. My chicken bowl barely had any chicken. The rice was hard and also seemed like it was old. No flavor at all. Not on the rice. Not on the chicken. Not on the veggies. Really nice place and apparently kind waiters. Unfortunately, as a celiac person, they need some improvement and awareness that being celiac does not only imply eating gluten free but also be aware of cross contamination. I had the feeling of being subtly mocked when explaining my health necessity to the staff, as if I was expressing a personal whim and not a health issue. Very sad for this. Overall, nice...
