Ferretti Rosamar — Restaurant in Lloret de Mar

The waiter didn't come to us. After 20 minutes of waiting, We called the waiter and placed an order (we forgot the drinks nor he asked what we would like to drink). Our table wasn't clean so we asked him to clean our table, but he cleaned half of the table only. We ordered our drinks by the staff at the bar. Terrible service.

After 20 minutes of ordering our food didn't come at the same time. One of us was already finished while the rest of the order came in parts. The pesto pasta was overloaded with pesto and it was very powerful. No parmazan cheese was added, nor black pepper and salt. This is also for the 4 cheese pasta. It looked very dull and disappointing.

The salmon panini was good and the cesear salod too. But to us it was weird that there was 1 scoop of ice cream added...

My boyfriend and i have been coming here alot for different times of the day on our holiday the past week. It's been great vibes, food/drinks and prices for what it is. There is great views of the beach and it's open planned to get some fresh warm air. Most of the staff are quite friendly, but they are a bit slow and have to do a lot to get there attention for the bill. But theres a big selection of food and drinks including breakfast, burgers, pizza, pastas, panini, savory crepes. Deserts including crepes, ice cream, cheese cake, frappes, milkshakes and more. Excellent service! I’m Spanish, just like the person who wrote the previous review, and honestly I don’t understand the complaints. The staff at ice cream were kind, attentive, and helpful at all times. It’s true they don’t speak perfect Spanish, but with a few words in English and a smile, everything was easy to sort out.

This is a tourist area, and it’s perfectly normal to find international staff. I believe any reasonable and educated person wouldn’t get upset over something like that — it really doesn’t take much effort to adapt and communicate.
