Masia 1952 Sports Bar — Restaurant in Lloret de Mar

I would never usually write something like this but I am in the hopes that another girl reading can be made aware.

Myself and my two girlfriends were here over the span of a week, we had great fun. However on 2 separate occasions the male bouncer who would stand beside the music followed us into the bathroom (not at the door but inside the bathroom itself). After myself and my friends repeatedly refused his advancements and asking us to ‘please please please’ go home with him, he continued to give us a note which we refused and follow us outside. We watched as he followed several other women into the bathroom, we even had to ask to be accompanied to the toilet in order to feel safe. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We were apprehensive to explain to the staff as the language barrier was already difficult when ordering.

Writing this in the hopes that the staff will recognise how inappropriate this male bouncer has been and that his position may be reconsidered for the women’s safety and privacy. All other staff and the bouncers at the entrance were great, such a shame that this particular bouncer repeatedly acted such a way.

Ladies be warned don’t go to the bathroom...

In all my 20 years of being a singer entertainer i have never in my life experienced discrimination like I have witnessed tonight to watch a young person who was quite vulnerable who just loves to sing to have a hand shoved in his face 3 times all because they was asking when there song was on people that had just come in were put on before them i went up and asked for the song list it had been crossed out just to clarify the song choice was simply the best by Tina Turner they asked me to sing it with them . Now this isnt the first time I have experienced rudeness from the karaoke guy i came last year his attitude was just as appalling then as it was tonight his job is to host karaoke not to make himself look good with a fully loaded microphone to make himself stand out from your customers i host karaoke myself and have done for years never would i behave in the manner that he behaved in when I mentioned it to a staff member tonight all i got was sorry with a smirk on her face absolutely disgusting behaviour i think a lesson in compassion and friendly customer service needs to be put...

If you like being spoken to like a piece of rubbish, then step right in. Food was horrendous, as you order, the waitresses will attempt to.convince you of what is good on the menu (most expensive shit on there) we got the skewers and *apparently) Thai chicken, we ordered fries (not rice) but rice came, fries didn't, waitress tried to make us order separately, and insisted we ordered rice, and not fries, when trying to explain, waitresses became rude, aggressive and behaved in a shameful way. I have never been anywhere in Spain and been spoken to like that, my Son was present and it was very upsetting.

Disgrace to those that live and work to make the country a sustainable place that tourists floc back to year on year, been coming to Spain for many years, and visited many places, would never come back to this particular place, based on this experience.
