Ca'n Tià Taleca — Restaurant in Llucmajor

Under new management and much improved! Before this visit we always left somewhat disappointed, since the menu promised more than the kitchen delivered. This time we were delighted!!! The tumbet was superb, the tomato sauce was almost pesto. Trambó was new to us, a delicious salad made of onions, tomatoes, green chillies and olives, all very fresh and perfectly prepared. The main courses - pork and lamb in our case - were also very, very good. The service was good, friendly and unobtrusive. My wife was allowed to taste the different open wines before making her choice, although she only ordered a glass. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable too. I really can't think of anything negative to say....

Una experiencia gastronómica con alma mediterránea y un toque internacional. Can Tià Taleca, en el centro de Llucmajor, es uno de esos sitios que logran combinar tradición y creatividad en cada plato.

Probé el pa amb oli de sepia y fue, sin duda, uno de los mejores que he comido. La sepia, perfectamente cocinada, se fundía con el pan crujiente y los sabores intensos del aceite de oliva y los acompañamientos. Un giro original a un clásico mallorquín que demuestra la habilidad del chef para reinventar lo tradicional sin perder la esencia.

La carta ofrece una propuesta variada que fusiona lo mejor de la cocina mediterránea con influencias internacionales, lo que convierte cada visita en una nueva oportunidad para descubrir sabores distintos. Todo elaborado con ingredientes frescos, locales y presentaciones cuidadas.

El ambiente es cálido, auténtico y muy acogedor, ideal tanto para una comida informal como para una velada especial. El servicio fue impecable: cercano, amable y siempre atento a los detalles.

Great steaks, excellent service and beautiful settings but the sangria had way too much ice... A liter jug was filled with ice not sangria, not the worst thing in the world but a little suggestion would be to serve a full liter jug with maybe a couple ice cubes than bring out glasses with ice and a bit of fruit in it to make less work...
