Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Los Barrios

This place is what they think is American but it isn't. We had a refillable drink but the server barely came to us. The food we ordered took forever to come and when it did, really disappointing. We got a salad which was supposed to have fresh avacados but since they didn't have it, they put canned mangoes and the chicken, I'm pretty sure, was frozen chicken breast that was reheated. We sent it back. The half chicken looked like a rotisserie chicken from a grocery store that was reheated as well. It was hard as a rock. The baked potato was served absolutely cold, twice, so we gave up, paid, and left. Never eat here. The food is probably bought already made and is reheated and served to customers....

La verdad que lo mejor que puedo hacer es dejar de ir antes solía ir 5 o 6 veces al mes pero no pienso volver ya no puedo dar más oportunidades a este restaurante. llego a cenar con mi familia pedimos los entrantes y cada plato. llegan los entrantes y los menú infantiles pasan los minutos se acerca una de las camareras de los refrescos y pregunta. Esta todo bien comida todo bien falta algo? Teníamos refrescos y estábamos terminado los entrantes le contestamos bien gracias se va y al pasar más de 40 minutos llamo a una de las que están por allí que cobran y le digo mira las hamburguesas no llegan se va nadie sabe nada y de repente aparece la de los refrescos y me dice, yo pregunte que si estaba todo bien o faltaba algo. Perdón si tu puedes preguntar pero yo no me imagino que nuestras hamburguesas estaban olvidadas vamos que nadie sabía nada de lo nuestro aparece la que nos preguntó la comida que desde primer minuto su actitud no es la mejor. no dice nada actitud arrogante le digo ya no hace falta la comida no podemos esperar más dame la cuenta porfavor su actitud no es la de una persona que se equivoco por lo contrario parece que le molesto que no siguiéramos sonriendo y por lo menos una disculpa lo sentimos tuvimos un fallo. pero nada te miro mal te cobro y vete esa es la actitud de tener gente poco profesional. Si hay que darle oportunidades a los jóvenes pero no dejar un restaurante en manos de personas poco preparadas qué primero no tienen actitud y segundo les molesta que les digan la verdad con respeto .LAMENTABLE Y PARA NO VOLVER

Poor experience for us. 10 minuts waiting at the door. Then we told to be on the table then another waitres said tjat table ir another people, so we need to back from tjat table..After came another waitres to sit us on the table ordered the food came drinks and after 45 minunts plus the drinks were with no gas. The people we ask why food its taking so long they said its normal the waiting time 😒. The only food that comes was my sons. Our came cold after 45 minuts. Disgusting. Food was good but cold. Sorry but need more organization...
