El Clan — Restaurant in Málaga

I ordered a glass of water (free) instead of a bottle. I was ordering food as well (so was going to pay something whatsoever) and the boss refused to give me 1 ice cube because i didnt pay the bottle of water. Ridiculous. He told me that if i wasnt happy i could leave. Talks bad to waiters & clients. My friend ordered a coke, she couldnt get ice either. 6 months living here, and i haven’t been to a place that has refused to give me ice cubes 😂. 30 minutes after ordering, the waiters come tell us we have to wait 30 minutes for the burger (they don’t know why- but we all do). 10 minutes after this, they tell me they do not have paella anymore (i repeat, 40 minutes after ordering). Then, the table next to me got served paella. This is crazy. Do not come if you want to be treated badly and pointed out. I will definitely NEVER come back. No need for the boss to respond to the review that he will do the necessary concerning the waiter’s management. The waiters aren’t the problem,...

Our local bar.

We’d use this as our local bar on our holiday. We were on holiday for 10 days, and we would return everyday to taste both breakfast and dinner.

The bar offers personnel that recognizes you after a short time. Their service is observant, yet they respect your privacy. Empty plates aren’t left unattended.

In regards of their food and drinks, they offer both great breakfast and cocktails. Their menu contains the whole palette, serving both English specialties such as the “English breakfast” and “Guinness” but also Spanish specialties. It is truly a versatile bar, capable of delivering an experience for all the nations.

I had the WORST service here. I am visiting as a teacher on a school trip from England, 33 years old. This man who was my waiter told me to "relax" when I asked if he could wipe my table after I initially waited 10 minutes. I then waited 35 minutes for my food whilst the tables either side of me got served their food first . When I asked him how long it might take, he reacted aggressively and asked if I just wanted to cancel! I was embarrassed and uncomfortable with the manner in which I was treated by this waiter and I hope the management act accordingly. We are regular returning visitors and I do not expect to be treated with such disrespect...
