after experiencing dani garcia’s neighboring school lunch buffet, BiBo, I was initially skeptical of a new bistro ordained by another star chef. however, the team of Valentina, Mariajose, Ainoa and Reme gave a fantastic effort to creating a welcoming experience. I first asked for a ramen, which I didn’t know was a lunch menu item, but they still offered to prepare it from scratch with an additional wait. I ended up going for the pastrami focaccia, which I can confidently say is the best thing I put in my mouth in Malaga airport to date. maybe even one of the greatest pastrami sandwiches I’ve had in general. all in all, definitely worth giving this one a shot. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu items - but I’ll be back to...

The lady shown in the photo was extremely helpful, but she was unable to help me, as that was not her job to take the orders. But nevertheless, she was very helpful. However, the one who did take my order slammed the drink down in front of me, didn't smile, didn't say a thing! very rude, very unprofessional. La peor atención que he recibido en mucho tiempo. Situación: nadie en la barra me acerco a pedir y nadie me atiende, tengo que ir yo a la caja de al lado para que levanten la cara de la pantalla y me atiendan. Pido una tortilla sin pan explicando que soy celíaca y un café con soja. La chica me dice que me puede poner la tortilla sin pan siempre y cuando no le haga ninguna foto. No tiene soja y parece que le molesta mirar si la de avena tiene gluten, un chico muy avispado la interrumpe y me ofrece un té y lo acepto. Me siento apartada porque así me lo piden y vuelve la primera chica a decirme que mejor me saca la tortilla con el pan y ya que yo se lo quite luego pero que no puede servir nada que no salga como en la foto. Le pregunto si tiene idea de lo que significa una alergia como para decirme que el pan lo quite yo después de haber tocado la tortilla y otra de sus compañeras me suelta bastante borde que es que ese local no es sin gluten. Una alergia debe ir por encima de cualquier protocolo y por supuesto la atención pésima. Me invitan a irme prácticamente. No debería justificarme pero viajo todos los días pro trabajo y lo difícil que es comer sin gluten en los aeropuertos no lo puedo explicar... Para una opción caliente que encuentro para desayunar, me atienden...
