Starbucks — Restaurant in Málaga

Asked for a carbon box (would have payed for it), the kind they have for pastries/cakes to take out. Girl at the counter was rolling her eyes over dramatically for me, saying they don't have them. Saw them right in front of me next to coffee machine, pointed them out. She got more angry and said loudly they are in the basement pointing somewhere out. I was confused, thought I must have misunderstood, but asked if she could get me one of those boxes, pointing towards them again. She was speaking spanish angrily, (sounded pretty agressive to me), she started walking away from counter towards elevator, looking at me, shouting "are you coming or not?" I was totally confused and said if its too much trouble, I dont need one because she was really rude at this point, rolling eyes, shaking her head, making it a scene, and people around started to stare us as she was really making it a show. She went to lift and I said Im not following her to any basement, she turned to me and shouted in spanish something I can only quess was not suitable for children as people were really looking at her, commenting and shaking heads. I didn't even get to buy coffee, was so confused.... What on earth...

Worst experince i ever had. Im allergic to cow milk/dairy. I ordered a frappuccino with coconutmilk and with no cream, i wanted to make it clear that i didnt want anything with dairy cause i can understand how allergies can be a bit confusing. My name got called and there was a frappuccino with cream. I said, i cannot be my order since i ordered without cream. This woman simply took the cup and took off the cream with a knife, with a lot of cream still laying on the top. When she tried to give it back like this I said that I cannot have this since im very allergic to dairy. At this point she simply said ”there is no dairy in this, its coconut”. I always try to be polite about my allergies but i felt really horrible about this whole encounter cause this woman was extremely ignorant. I get really sick when eating dairy so i ended up just throwing it away since there was still cream...
