Zero customer service “skills “! Waited 5-7 minutes till the waitress finished their chat!! I asked if the had lactose free milk, got no answer but an americano with a cup of milk beside.... The most miserable and unpleasant staff of any airport cafe I've ever visited. My advice to the staff - if you don't like your job ...find another one that makes you happy. Waiting for a friend to arrive to have a coffee and a cigarette before going inside the airport for a flight, the waitresses told me to leave immediately unless I was buying from the cafe. I explained I was waiting and would be buying. She said leave. So I did! ..and here...

Experiencia nefasta en el día de hoy. Tras retrasarnos el vuelo, nos dan un descuento para usar en diferentes sitios del aeropuerto y decidimos ir a este. De muy malas maneras, la señora que nos atiende, nos dice que a ella no le han dicho nada, que probemos en otro bar. Debido a estas malas formas, le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones unas tres o cuatro veces, a lo que ella directamente se hace la sorda. Cuando ya no le quedaba más opción, nos dice que no, refiriendo que a ella nadie le ha explicado ni "activado" nada. Finalmente nos vamos sin esta hoja (pese a ser un derecho) por no discutir ni perder más tiempo. Nos daba igual comer ahi o no, porque por suerte hay otros sitios iguales que ese, pero las malas maneras, los gritos y las malas caras no deberíamos haberlo aceptado. Mientras tanto, no para de refunfuñar en voz baja, siendo una experiencia muy mala. Varios clientes que estaban en la cola se han marchado...
