I visited the restaurant in July with 3 friends and although the interior was lovely the service was less than we expected. There was a cocktail menu on the table and we ordered 4 very reasonably priced cocktails which where delicious, when they eventually arrived. The service was incredibly slow even though there were only 3 occupied tables and 6 members of staff milling around. We sat for quite a while waiting for someone to bring a menu and when a member of our party eventually attracted the attention of one of the waiters he pointed to a QR code hiding in the middle of our table. We attempted to navigate the menu, which seemed to diminish our dining experience to a session of online shopping with one of my friends having to use the waiters tablet as she couldn't access the menu on her phone. It was a good job she did to be honest as the Sirloin Steak I was ordering on my phone menu turned out to be Tenderloin of Pork! There are no sides on the menu so after asking the waiter it was discovered that the fish dishes 2 of our party had ordered came with vegetables and potatoes. We all ordered a starter and the Ensalada Rusa was fantastic as were the garlic prawns. Once eaten, one of the fish dishes came out and it was nearly 10 minutes before the rest of us got our main courses.......and we had to ask for the potatoes as they did not appear with the rest of the food and arrived too late for the lady who had already finished her meal. Although the service was shocking the food was very tasty, well presented and good value for money. Overall it was a disappointing experience which...

Wow, what a disappointment :( We had high hopes for this attractive Antonio Banderas spot but they just missed on almost every level. I'll start with the service since it was so poor. The guy was nice but not attentive but the woman who served us was downright rude. I can speak passable spanish, especially with food but when I was ordering (you create a list on their app) she grabbed my phone from me to read what I wanted. She never smiled and also served us incorrect dishes after SHE took my phone to place the order. They never offered to refill our wine, gave us crackers from a bag (?), never offered to change our plates between dishes (I just ate fish, I don't want to eat beef from the same plate) and overall for such a well-reviewed place they did not offer a pleasant experience. The food was so-so overall with some bright spots and some misses. The tuna tartare was pretty but super fishy, the iberico jamon (chestnut fed!) was really good but they didn't serve it with any bread, crackers etc. What is up with that? I give this place...

Starting the menu is not very comprehensive. The names of the dishes are not easy to understand for foreigners. The service was not so good. The place is so crowded of course you need to wait in long queues to be served. Only 2 waiters per area. So. You can spend easily 2.5/3 hours for regular lunch or dinner. Personnel were not disrespectful but some of them clearly don't like that job. They put the food on the table and that's it. Some orders were mixed up. And not even a warm "enjoy your food" and I'm not talking about me. I was checking how they were working as I was waiting to be served for so long. The quality of the food is not so great. The "tinto de verano" was really poor and small. 5/10 The salad was good 9/10. But the breaded fish was not so good. 7/10.

Its better to book in advance than just be in a long queue for more than 30 min.

I really dont know how can this restaurant be rated so high. I definitely wouldn't go again. For the experience was ok. But not my cup of tea compared with so many other...

Amazing restaurant with fabulous food. Whilst not the cheapest place to eat in Malaga, it is certainly one of the best with colourful, tasty dishes in sublime surroundings that cocoon you into a fantastic restaurant experience. The sushi is a real star of the dining experience and if you like cheese and cheesecake, the cheesecake on the dessert menu is an absolute must. If you want to eat early then booking is not essential but always recommended so you don't miss out. Update July 2019... back again for a birthday meal and once again treated to fantastic food and amazing service. Particular mention of Patricia who booked the table for us and also ensured that our meal on the night was one to remember. Definitely will be back later in the year during our next Spanish holiday and look forward to seeing Patricia again.
