I ordered a "Menu Dulce" which had the option of a carrot cake or an apple tart (with coffee) on the bright billboard. I was told the carrot cake was sold out and I chose the apple tart. The lady behind the counter tried to charge me €8.20 which was different to the advertised price of €6.50. When I pointed this out she told me the apple is not on the "Menu Dulce". I showed her the menu that was behind her in bright lights where it clearly said "Manzana Suprema". She called the manager who confirmed I was right

Next drama - she told me it was "fría" and asked if I wanted it heated to which I answered no. When I got to my table I realised it was "congelada" not fría (which she would have known as she most likely took it directly from a freezer. I had to then get it thawed

Very disappointed! I ordered a freshly squieezed orange juice, as they have it on their menu and they even have a machine for that purpose. The employee gave me a juice in a bottle. I was a bit suspicious about the juice being really freshly squeezed , so I asked him again if it was a freshly squeezed juice, and he confirmed that it was. I also ordered a cafe latte. I had to go to my gate because my airplane was boarding, When I tried the orange juice , it was obvious that it was not freshly squeezed, it is very recognizable by the taste. The cafe latte, was also disgusting, it was very waterish and had very little milk, probably that's the way they make it to save money. Do not eat or drink in this place, it is definately...

Rude staff, slow service, got our order wrong then denied it despite the fact we could prove it with our receipt, asked for the sandwiches toasted which somehow still came back cold and I agree with every other review that the sandwich is mostly bread with no filling.
