In a city with crowded restaurants teeming with tourists, this is a gem. Had a beautiful meal in a quiet, nice street, where because it’s so calm I could actually taste my food and savor a lovely evening. Had the seafood paella and it was very good (I don’t know what other reviewers refer to as bland), and the service was outstanding. I came solo, and after I had already paid, the waiters—who ate loveliest and most fun ever—insisted to pour me an additional glass of red wine! The wine needless to say was very good. Perfect evening through and through. So if you want something off the beaten path, where tourists aren’t lining up (and so what if the waiters don’t speak fluent English—that’s how you know you’re in an authentic corner of Spain!), and where you can really soak up Málaga, enjoy...

The waiter flagged me down in front of the restaurant and physical persuaded me to eat there. He's sexy, Italian and very masculine so, those I love and couldn't find a compelling reason not to. The menu seemed nice and not overpriced. The thing I liked, I didn't when it came to ordered. "no, don't order that, order this!". The name I didnt know but he assured me I'd love it. It was Goat Brim and, I really didn't want fish!! So, all in all, it's less of a rip off than Málaga is as a whole but, watch the pushy waiters. Prices were lower than Málaga which made them only twice as expensive as anywhere else. He allowed me to chat with him in Spanish, which is the only reason I came to Málaga, a complete bust for speaking Spanish otherwise. I'd recommend the...

Have found that many of Malaga's restaurants have very mixed reviews so it's hard to know which restaurants to avoid as it is really a case of personal choice. We had an early dinner here of mixed paella and various tapas. I had eaten all 3 of my tapas dishes and then some before the paella for my partner arrived - there is a wait even when the restaurant is quiet. Service was good, language barrier but we made it eventually. Was it outstanding, no but for the price we felt it was a fair meal and left full. Location wise; whilst not the restaurant's fault, being near the main stretch we experienced two different people coming to our outdoor table asking for...

The people! The atmosphere! We had such a delightful family dinner. Our amazing waiter suggested the garlic scallops which were to die for!! Our son is a vegetarian which they accommodated nicely with the vegetarian paella. Right on the edge of a busier area. This restaurant accommodates the he tourist nicely while providing a very delicious meal. Good for both the local and the visitor
