I found this place on the Happy Cow App. I got here and it is a small restaurant. All the tables were reserved so I ordered my food to-go. Definitely make a reservation if you want to eat at the restaurant. I was really happy they could do to-go food. I don't mind that too much, but it is good to know for the future if I want to sit and eat there. It is a really cute restaurant and bar. They speak English well and take both cash and cards. I saw people complaining about the price in other reviews, but I got an appetizer, entree, and dessert for €36 and that sounds like a lot of food for a decent price. I ordered the crispy olives, the Meet sandwich, and the lotus cheesecake. I had a hard time picking because everything sounded so delicious. The olives were fantastic! They are lightly fried and they come on top of a delicious dip/sauce that pairs well with them. There is even some sweet citrus flavor mixed in that creates a really nice taste overall. The Meet Sandwich was pretty good. I loved the kimchi sauce and the fried tofu. The lettuce was fresh and the tomatoes were tasty. The chili sauce didn't seem to add much to the flavor to me. It gave the sandwich a small amount of spice, but it made my mouth really dry and I ended up scraping it off the other half of my sandwich. I think that is a less-is-more kind of thing. It wasn't overly spicy, but it didn't have much flavor. Anyway the fries were really good and the extra kimchi sauce to dip them in was excellent. I will try a different entree next time. Lastly I had the lotus cheesecake. It is made with biscoff cookies and speculoos. It tastes fantastic, especially the pointy end where the cheesecake is the creamiest. I think the edge was a bit overcooked, but I would eat this again for sure. It was a lot of sugar, but really yummy. I highly recommend stopping in here and trying whatever sounds delicious to you. I wasn't disappointed with my food and I will come back again.
Pros: Can do take-away/to-go orders, Delicious food
Cons: Chili sauce was...
Read morePlace is open till 11pm but you can order food only till 10pm (even if you are already eating your starter) they turn away customers at 9.50 pm… April 2025- both of us had burgers that come with wedges and there is literally 6 of them. Burger is ok nothing special, but for €20 rather overpriced . My 3rd and last time here March 2025 - I had delicious food previously so decided to visit again. My plan until now was to try everything off the menu. Unfortunately I feel like I wasted €30 on something absolutely mediocre. Starter- glazed cauliflower was very greasy and you could only taste this sweet coating. Main- lobster : again really greasy , lobster just soaked in oil, tiny portion of a started size, not even carb added , just this tasteless greasy throughout lobster , dip (not nice) and some salad. No dessert this time as we just wanted to leave the place. I left it hungry. February 2025: Delicious and beautifully presented food. On the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I had salmon and my (fussy) non vegan friend had a burger. Cocktails are ok. Delicious mochi & ice cream. There is a new menu as of...
Read moreAs a proud vegan, I hate to write this but it is truly needed. Let me say this, the menu is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get!!! I just spent 18€ on a simple tofu sandwich and no sides included (which probably costs max 6€ to make) and husband got the 22€ burger. My sandwich was covered in the peanut sauce that was overpowering and flavourless. Flavours were not bad, but 100% not worth such a steep price tag!
Do better Meet Vegano, I get you have overhead bills but you cannot expect return visitors with prices this high. This turns people off to returning or even trying vegan food. I’m not asking for dirt prices, I have no problem spending a bit more on quality, but 22€ for a burger? No thank you.
As a vegan there are better options out there. I’d look elsewhere unless you want to spend a month worth of fresh veggies on your lunch outing here. Tofu is 1.90€ a block, you added two thin fried slices and that justifies the price? We are locals but will not be returning. Get outta...
