PALADEA — Restaurant in Málaga

I had to come all the way to Málaga to finally find a restaurant where the Pizzaiolo figured out that the toppings are replaceable by actually tasty ingredients like ceps and truffle instead of just cremini or local first class ham instead of regular one. I went adventurous with a “Hispanica” which might have been called “Marinara” in the past. But this one comes with shrimp, smoked tuna and pearls of salmon and algae! Topped with burrata and a balsamic dressing. Too good to be true and almost a pitty to eat it, as it looks so nice! The thin a soft dough was perfectly baked in the in the exposed pizza-oven! This was special. Don't go here expecting traditional Pizza, because that's not what you'll get. What we had was both very original and exceptionally good. Example: Instead of a Romana (Ham and Champignon) we got a white base, ham, porcini and genuine (!) truffle oil. I admit I was sceptical, but everyone was very happy, the kids devoured the pizza. ¡Pizzería con pizzas enormes!

Comida: Probamos las pizzas aire mediterráneo y la campera. Ambas estuvieron buenas. La masa es delgada y vienen en 2 tamaños (normal: 33 cm y grande: 45 cm). De postre comimos el afogato café y estuvo divino. El pasticciolo alla crem estaba un poco seco para mi gusto, pero de resto… todo súper híper genial. 💪🏻

Servicio: ¡Me encantó! Desde que entré hasta que salí… el trato fue espectacular, amable y muy profesional. Nos dieron recomendaciones y siempre estuvieron pendiente de nosotros con una sonrisa en el rostro. A los minutos de empezar a comer, se nos acercan y nos preguntan si todo está ok (protocolo de restaurantes muy buenos), cuando vieron que una persona de la mesa estaba fumando, vinieron rápidamente y nos dieron un cenicero.

Ambiente: Es un restaurante tranquilo, tiene terraza y parte interna. Observas el horno encendido y como hacen las pizzas.

En resumen… si buscas un restaurante nuevo, de calidad y con pizzas enormes… te recomiendo...
