Karaoke Guateque 2.0 — Restaurant in Málaga

We arrived at 11pm (as their Facebook page indicated this is their opening hour) and they asked us to leave as they said they would only open at 12. We came back by 12 and then a rude guy at the entrance asked us how many we were and then said they we're full and we couldn't enter (there was nobody inside and we arrived at the opening hour they had told us themselves). If they're really fully booked they should have told us at 11pm so we wouldn't have wasted any more time on them. Poor service and no...

Very, very bad place! In fact, we didn't even get in! We came from the other side of Malaga to celebrate our friend's Bachelorette. We came at opening time (11pm), they told us it was still closed till 12pm. So we went to drink something elsewhere first. We came back at 12pm, the guy at the door asked us how many we were (9 women), went inside and came back saying it was full because all tables were reserved... No way the bar was full after 5 minutes! Very poor service, not kind at all. Do...

El local es muy pequeño y serrado. Al principio a mi y más personan de mi grupo nos faltaba l’aire, estaba un fuerte olor a tabaco. Es muy complicado conseguir cantar porque hay muchas gente y solo un equipo de karaoke. La idea es bonita, pero el lugar no es el adecuado para un karaoke. No pienso voy a volver.

Respuesta para el proprietario: no gano nada a poner comentarios negativos. Y es el primer que pongo. Antes de todo nunca ofendí vosotros, y para esto comentar que necesito de un estudio psicológico solo para un comentario negativo, pues, demuestra una profonda madurez de vuestra parte. He estado en el local en enero, y ahora Google ne pidió comentario. Y se nos hemos tomado solo una copa y nos hemos ido es porque probablemente algo no iba. Lo comentarios negativos sirve también para mejorarse, y se hay 60 personas de distintas mesas, y gente de pies... el problema no está en la gente que se agobia. Y no he visto ninguna terraza, esta día llovía como he dicho y estábamos todos dentro. No es bonito dejar un comentario negativo, nunca, pero no me sentó de mentir. Después de la respuesta seguro que ni yo, ni todo mi compañeros vamos a volver, la educación...
