¡¡Ha sido una experiencia de 10!! Hemos estado una semana entera en un workshop de la Universidad de Málaga y Fátima nos ha dado de comer todos los días. Éramos un grupo de 60 personas con diferentes dietas (veganos, vegetarianos, celíacos, alérgicos...) y Fátima ha sabido adaptarse a todo. Desde el primer momento de planificación del menú hasta el final de producción de comida y gestión de los servicios, ha sido un trabajo perfecto y todo a pedir de boca. Dos días estuvimos comiendo primeros platos y postres (cuscús y manzanas un día, y tajín y baklavas otro día), y el tercero nos ofreció un menú de primero y segundo plato (albóndigas y arroz, y opciones vegetarianas y veganas como lentejas y alubias). Todo riquísimo. En todo momento se preocupó por cómo estaba yendo y nos ayudó con la logística a la hora de transportar la comida. Un trabajo excelente tanto de Fátima como de sus compañeras en cocina, un gran compromiso y siempre con una sonrisa y un trato más que cercano. Se nota que hacen todo en la cocina con amor y cuidado. Por no hablar de que siempre hay gente en la tienda para recoger comida. Recomendamos contar con Sultana al 100% y más sabiendo que no es la primera vez que se enfrentan a un servicio tan grande como este. ¡Que gusto...
