Primark — Local services in Málaga

I visited the store yesterday and was really disappointed by how untidy it was. There were piles of clothes scattered everywhere, hangers all over the floor, and the men’s jeans section was completely disorganized. In some areas, you’d have to dig through heaps of clothes just to see what’s available. What made it worse was seeing staff walking around chatting with each other, ignoring the mess entirely. This level of upkeep is far below what I expect from Primark.

Unfortunately due to the volume of customers in the store, the aisles are a mess and tables of shirts become piles of unsorted balls. In the men's section size tags are completely wrong (XL is actual XS, L is a small etc) and there is very little stock besides Medium and Large. This gives the store an unpleasant bazaar atmosphere with customers piling on top of one another to grab clothes.

Great store, quality and good prices. But the very best is the team! I had lost my mobile phone with ID and cards and as I asked for help Estela took care of the issue immediately. After contacting the storemanager Victoria they gave me the positiv answer that one of the staff had found it and they gave it back to me, what saved my day!
