I never wonder that finally i could find a mosque and pray in malaga, although i knew that malaga was part of the story of andalusia, alhambra and other historical story of magnificence islam in spain a long time ago. And Alhamdulillah there's still a lot muslim people live here, during a normal day the praying place will take place by underground, i was lucky meet others muslim when the first time i get here, because i couldn't find the entrace, the main entrace was close, it's will be open for grand opening for praying ju'muah, It's just like the most others ueropean mosque, which provide an option for you a hot water or a cold water to take wudhu'/ritual ablution, Because during the day even it's in summer time weather was still cold, You still need a jacket or at least thick clothes with long sleeve to keep you warm while you were praying, But if you use to it(cold weather) then it's fine. 😊 It's A Great Day to be here. They suppose to put the opening hours on gmaps. I came here at 7pm and the gates already close. The moslem guy at the shop nearby said that I can ask the person in charge to open the gate, they usually open if someone's there. I call the man, and he was there, but he refuse to open because he said the mosque is already close. I dont understand why they close at 4pm (still dhuhr time at spring)? About 9 years ago me and my friends were in Malaga and some of us decided to visit a masjid while waiting for our tour guide to arrive. So they just find it on google. We went to this masjid by bus and at first they did not open to us because it was not a prayer time. But then a man came and let us in and showed us around. In the end that man went teary eyed because he appreciated our visit that was totally unexpected. Wonder how is he now. May Allah bless him. I just randomly thought about this...
