Tejeringo's Coffee — Restaurant in Málaga

I had my quick breakfast twice in this popular amongst locals coffee place. The highlight, as I understood, are the churros (clue: its name) but as this is not quite my thing, I have not tried them.

It is a airy place, although it gets a bit "cluttered" if there is a lot of customers, there are also tables outside located in the from and on the side of the building.

The coffee (doble mitad) is just right, creamy and not as strong as coffees I had elsewhere. The pitufo with ham, cheese and butter was served warmed up and tasted buttery and fresh. The waiters are usually busy but still attentive and I assume do not speak English (if it is the case than I usually hear "Englis?" after my first stuttered Spanish words) however, the menu is available in both Spanish and English.

I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. It’s definitely a hidden gem that gives you a true taste of the local atmosphere. The food was delicious and very affordable, with generous portions of coffee, churros, and sandwiches.

Buenas tardes. Mi valoración ha sido baja, ya que pedimos dos cafés dobles, un mitad en vaso y un americano en vaso; El mitad lo sirvieron en taza, y además estaba Aguado y con mucha cantidad de leche, aunque se esperaron en que la espuma tuviera un dibujo bonito, cosa que agradezco, pero de nada sirvió ya que el sabor era horrible, y el americano no estaba bien hecho. Cuando se piden un café doble se hace con una carga cada café, no que por el contrario, hicieron los dos cafes con una sola carga, sabia a todo menos a café. Los camareros no tenían buenos modos a la hora de atender, nos lanzaron los platos de los bocadillos a la mesa, literal. Lo único bueno es que los bocadillos estaban bien hechos y estos si llegaron tal y como lo pedimos. La sala de las mesas estaba sucia y desordenada. Algunos camarer@s estaban más pendientes de su estética y hablando de los clientes que de como tratarlos bien. Y por acabar carísimo para la calidad. Siento mucho hacer esta mala valoración, pero me da pena que en vuestros anuncios se hace recalcar que hay que mantener la tradición y hacéis todo menos eso.
