I loved this place! Two important notes to take !!! Very windy , they don’t offer blanket and heaters don’t work, its actually very cold and windy, dress properly, there is entrance fee of $6 Euro per person to go up there, cocktails are more expensive around $13 euro each, they don’t have actual main course , they offer small size snacks , 7-8 items but they are yummy , service is really fast as they come and leave fast due to wind and cold weather, but i definitely recommend it , amazing vibe good music perfect view! 100% it’s worth it

This comment is exclusively for the restaurant, the view remains amazing. It was with high hopes and anticipation that my friends and I entered the restaurant on Monday, March 25th, to celebrate my birthday. Having visited this establishment three years ago and enjoyed a pleasant experience, I was looking forward to reliving those fond memories. However, what transpired left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. Let me start by addressing the elephant in the room: the food quality. Despite shelling out nearly 200 euros for four people, our meal left much to be desired. With the exception of the artichoke and shrimp appetizers, everything else fell short of even basic expectations. The octopus lacked freshness, the minced meat seemed far from fresh, and the brioche resembled something one would find in a budget supermarket aisle. Even the burger bun lacked the freshness one would expect. It felt like we were served reheated, low-grade frozen food warmed up in a microwave. Returning to this restaurant after three years, I had hoped for a consistent or even improved experience. Instead, I found myself questioning whether leftovers from the weekend were being reheated on Monday nights. Such practices are unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber. While I could delve into other aspects, such as the unsmiling staff, the absence of sparkling water in a place like this, or the overcharging for tough bread, I'll focus on the crux of the matter: the food quality. I would have rated this experience a dismal 0 out of 5. Never have I paid such a hefty price for food that not only left me with an upset stomach but also a sense of regret for subjecting my loved ones to it. I'm uncertain if this review will prompt any changes, as it appears that the business model may have shifted, with quality no longer being a priority. However, I hope it serves as a wake-up call for the management to reconsider their approach and prioritize the standards that patrons rightfully expect from a reputable establishment.

I go there at least once a month because I love the view. You have any kind of table and even outside beds to chill out . BUT the service is terrible: When you scan the QR code for the menu instantly I received an sms from orange for a successful subscription to ComedyFactory of 4,5 eur per week , and everyone from my table the same . I informed the waiter and he was not surprised and calmly told me not to scan and just entry on the website, and I insisted that we have 4 charges of 4,5 euro in our table just from scanning the menu that is stick on their tables ! One hour and a half asking for someone in charge and no one came , asking for the official complaint paper and he told me to call to the website…. I really tried to get in touch with anyone in charge but nothing successful. I’m a Spanish resident and I’ll file the complaint directly to OCU because there is no solution with them directly. And I asked today someone who’s there and told me that the QR code for the many still there . It’s shameful that a restaurant that used to be a great one , a phone company Orange and whatever ComedyFactory is now making this kind of scams ! For sure I’ll let to know this incident to anyone I know and for sure I’ll take a break on going there.

Just few things need to mention: 1/service very bad -waiting staff who looked after our table (8 pax) no understand English at all /no explanation of menu-no one ask us is there any alergys ..... food was coming to the table as kitchen produce -even when we ask for apetizer first then starters and main course Food was left on table in random places -no deliver to right person---same with cocktails!!!!!! My family was very disappointed-this experience ruined our evening!!!!! Need to say food quality was good but again no one ask if we need any condiments...... kids food come last after we finish our dishes..... No apologies from management He(manager) was protecting his staff and trying to cover his mistakes and didn't try to fix the issue.... As I'm a chef from London and have knowledge of haw to run business and haw to treat guests I was very very disappointed and angry.......luck of proper service.(staff training)..other thing you need to have phone with you-to order food Whole menu is on-line -no hard copy... Hope others have better experience

Nice view, but cocktails contain so much ice they taste like tap water. I tried to give honest feedback, but the bar tender felt offended and just went away to call the manager- what I did not even ask for. Unnecessary escalation for a completely understandable feedback. I saw them talking about me, but the manager never came to me and they did not offer a different drink. I felt really uncomfortable and would never recommend this place. Don’t understand this money making rip off, just because they have a view. Drinks had more flavor in Riu anyways, if you want a view.
