I did submit it, but it was removed during the final review. Thanks for prompty replying to give me the chance to share again my experience in your restaurant. Essentially, a few of my friends and I had been wanting to visit this place for some time. However, it tends to be quite busy, and the queue usually takes at least half an hour. We finally decided to go there during the Aperol Spritz Ruta Madrileña event, having had a great experience at in other terraces in Madrid. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for around 40 minutes, we were informed that they couldn't serve Aperol anymore due to a lack of Cava/Prosecco. Understandably, after such a wait, many of us in the line, including myself, decided to stay and enjoy a bottle of wine instead, as we were fully aware that the aperol was subjected to availability. Although the welcoming staff tried their best to handle the situation, I (and all rest of the people there for the event) would have rather liked to knew about the finished product when starting de queue, while instead looked like everything was in fact set for the Aperol ruta. In general I thought that the drinks were quite overpriced, and unlike many other bar terraces in Spain, we were only offered a bowl of chips for four people along with the wine. Nonetheless, still acceptable. However, what really made me reconsider this place was when the table next to us received Aperol Spritz shortly after. I immediately called one of the waitresses over and inquired about it. She explained that those people received the complimentary cocktail because they had brought their own bottle of cava. I found this confusing and questionable, as it's a bar, and I wondered about the legality and purpose of such a policy. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed, and now understand the modus operandi of this place and why it has received such low ratings on Google Maps. Despite the decent atmosphere (which in my personal opinon could benefit from background music) and the convenient location, the evening turned out to be a disaster, and I have no intentions...

Hi I am so disappointed with your service. I was reservation on your website monday 6th of september and then I didn’t get any confirmed in my email. And then I called many times to your restaurant for asking you already accept my reservation or not and your waitress took the call finally after i called 2 days without respond and looked like don’t want took the call because when i said "hola" he liked do not want listen or yes he do not listen because of music and busy each other there so i am loud with my voice and I was asking about my reservation and he said to me “esperando 48 horas SEÑORA” how can we know that if On your website not say nothing just said thanks for reservation in our restaurant! So really disappointed. You just have Instagramable spot but don’t have education your waitress! Just with this restaurant do not want check people reservation on website. If your waitress do not want work so treat clients good in everyway situation! Never never i got behavior like your waitress did to me in every restaurants in every...

What a waste of this location. Nice terrace but very poor management. We were a large group and I made a reservation specifically for the terrace and we were put on a table inside, though they told me that the inside was considered terrace. Problematic from the start and it got worse. Food was mediocre and service was poor. There was a free popcorn stand sponsored by Tajin spice that they were handing out to every table except for ours and when we asked for some, they said that we took too many. Even though we are 15+ people, and we didn’t take that many. It was bizarre also since our bill/table was the biggest. Oh and the worst part was that I had to leave a fianza for the reservation (which was weird as they asked me to bizum a number for this) and they didn’t remove that from the bill. Thankfully I noted that and they then removed it from the bill eventually (that was quite cheeky). Overall do not recommend - there are WAY too many good places in...

No había medidas covid básicas eran llevar mascarilla.
