Soho Boutique Congreso — Hotel in Madrid

First visit to Spain and hotel stay in Madrid, and I could not be any happier with the room, location, and amenities offered at this hotel. The room was on a smaller scale, but sufficient and room enough for a king-size bed and bath. The breakfast bars provided in the mornings (at additional cost), were very well appointed with an assortment of breakfast items (hot, cold, breads, danish, meats, cheeses, and cereals). The location of the hotel is convenient, it is only five minutes away from the subway station (Seville), and the pedestrian street (Gran Via) is very close. Since the sightseeing spots in Madrid are relatively concentrated, you can basically walk to the attractions from the hotel, and it is only within ten minutes. We are happy with our stay (2 nights) my only complaint was our room is poorly lighted and we are seniors (the rooms of my family were fine) it has a complimentary nespresso machine n capsule.
