Burger King - Aeropuerto T1 Zona Tierra — Restaurant in Madrid

Unfortunately had a very bad experience here. Ordered through one of those touch screens and my order never got recorded so I evened up waiting more than 20 minutes

I could also see that management and people serving were most of the time talking instead of actually working

Regarding food, your average BK nothing special there..

But one does expect one important thing in a fast food such as BK and that not only consistency in food/quality but also speed of service and convenience and BK didn’t...

I got a Big King XXL Menu and it was served with a 0,75l coke and large fries. The burger was good although the lettuce wasn’t that fresh. The fries could’ve used 20 seconds more in deep frying, they were pretty tasteless and lacked salt. The coke was very big and served with ice cubes but without a straw. It made it hard to drink with the ice cubes in the way.. The prices are obviously higher than outside the airport and sadly the quality of the food isn’t as good...

A bit more expensive then other burger kings, although understandable since it’s in an airport.

If you rate out of other burger kings it fairs quite good, although compared to other fast food or food in general it wasn’t all that.

The service was quite good and very kind, and the workers at one stage were even singing and dancing in the kitchen while working, which created a good vibe.
