Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Madrid

They were so rushed that none of our order was heard correctly but it sure was charged right. We asked for two tall Americano’s with oat milk they gave use 2 drip coffees with a side of cold oat milk! Didn’t even give us a chance to say hey this is not what we ordered. The drip coffee was awful like water with essence of coffee. Spent almost 30 euros for trash coffee and sandwich that I asked not to be warmed so I could remove the cheese so could only eat half. Only got one sandwich correct and the bottled waters. Even ordered in Spanish as I am a native speaker and the whole experience was a waste of money. Avoid this Starbucks location choose somewhere else to get your coffee...

Dangerous coffee that was overdosed, far too strong, and gave me and my wife a amphetamine like experience. The staff put way too much coffee in our ice coffee with milk.

Beside being very bitter, it was also way too strong, to the point of being dangerous

It left me and my wife also a few days later with gastritis.

No idea what the staff are doing, but this was the worst Starbucks coffee I had in my entire life.

Please educate your staff to make coffee that's Starbucks quality, and not overdosing clients on...

Being shouted by a lady called Sheila. I ordered my coffee. And asked for water. Nothing happened. I asked for attention. She ignored me or she didn’t hear me. Then I try to do it myself. She shouted in Spanish (all a sudden she noticed me). I told her I don’t speak Spanish. She got angry more. Keep yelling at me in Spanish. The whole cafe can hear her.

Why an international company in an international airport can be this rude?!
