Burger King - T1 - Salidas — Restaurant in Madrid

I regret eating here for a few reasons:

1. food is expensive but also misleading in menu its say king fries or giant fries but its a barely a hand of fries in the pocket one but the box ones are even smaller and dri as hell. Drinks overfilled with ice as they don't care but they are huge. you still mainly drink ice ...
2. Staff is busy i understand but the shoutout you're number once in Spanish and if no action they don't care. I tried to approach and ask in English is it my number showing the receipt but the girl looked at me and arrogantly turned around waiving the hand as in later ... another boy from staff saw it and popped in to help but that girl deserves some feedback....( for management it's an airport please put a screen that shows order numbers ready and in process so people that dobt speak Spanish could understand if it's their order or not!) 3)The premises were you supposed to have food are dirty ,tables sticky no cleaning staff around i searched around the cleaning station where you dump the remains of food but not even tissues there . Had to go back to the till to get paper to clean first and then wash my hands and after have my food that was...

The worst ever experience of Burger King 12 mins waiting time between order and food very slow preparation by a young female assistant (I assume she spends too much time in preparing her make-up instead of serving customers) I had ordered some stuff for take away … … I got the food without a bag, without knife/fork, without a cover of the drink, without dressing for the salad. I had to ask for each thing individually when I repeated for the 3rd time, that I had ordered it for take away, nothing happened when I asked for a bag, she gave me a bag (but nothing else) -when I asked for a fork, she gave me a fork (but nothing else) when I asked for a cover for the drink, she gave me a cover (but nothing else)

Only at the gate I realised that she forgot the oil for the salad.

I had to walk back, asked her, but her knowledge of English (we‘re at an international airport) was rather minimal.

A third colleague finally helped, but it was the young assistant (!) rolling her eyes that I complained not having received the dressing - instead of recognising her own...

I wish I read the other reviews before eating here. We went here because is "standardized food" so we didn't expect great food but at least decent and decent prices. Well, no. Food is overpriced, the bacon looked raw and not enough for a burger called "double bacon" the food was so cold (as other reviews have said) the cheese didn't even melt on the sides. Everything was cold: the fries as well and undercooked and undersalted. Never trusting international-chain-food and checking the reviews first instead. Could have paid the same and gotten better food at another venue inside the airport. Also there's only a tiny...
