I was impressed by the attitude of the waitress Anna. When I entered the institution with my child, Anna was alone in the small hall. Beautiful girl with long black hair and beautiful plump lips. She was busy with other guests. Because of the unbearable pain in my back, I sat down at a table with a soft sofa. When Anna approached us, she asked if we had reserved a table. I answered that no. Then she moved us to hard chairs at the double table. OK. Restaurant policy. Let's go further. Order. Two burgers. For me and for the child. No juice was found in the menu. Carbonated drinks only. OK. They brought the order. One burger. After a few minutes, I approached the girls to ask when the second burger would be ready. It was not found in the order. Anna, who was standing next to us at that time, did not react in any way. Instead of simply apologizing, she pretended not to understand what the matter was. Ok. Another 10 minutes waiting. And no satisfaction from visiting the institution. By the way, the table at which I sat down was empty...

No suelo escribir reseñas, pero ayer fui a cenar y me lleve un fiasco importante. Soy cliente de esta cadena desde que aterrizaron en España y lo que vi ayer me dejó muy decepcionado. Lo primero que me encontré fue los precios de la carta. Hace tiempo que no iba y asumía que podía subir el precio dada la circunstancia global. No obstante, la cara que se me quedó cuando vi que hamburguesas míticas como la M30 ahora cuestan casi quince euros, cuando antaño era la más asequible (9,9 euros, quien no se lo crea que lo busque en internet) debió ser un poema. Hamburguesas como la yankee directamente la han quitado, porque en su momento era la más cara (15 euros) y claro, con qué cara subes el precio de esa hamburguesa a 20 euros, que la gente no es tan tonta. Cuando llegaron las hamburguesas que pedimos llegó mi siguiente decepción, las patatas, ¿Dónde quedaron esas patatas gajo cortadas a mano que tanto caracterizaban este sitio? Patatas ultracongeladas de una calidad mediocre. Cuando atacamos las hamburguesas nos encontramos una carne que dista notablemente de la carne con la que trabajaba esta cadena hace unos años. Una carne mediocre a precio de oro. Para sumar la experiencia de la comida, también el servicio deja bastante que desear. Nos preguntaron tres camareros diferentes las bebidas y luego lo mismo con la comida, nos trajeron la cuenta sin pedirla, todo prisas para levantarnos rápido... Entiendo que es un negocio y que hay que dejar los sitios libres para futuros clientes, pero es injustificable esta actitud teniendo en cuenta que subí al baño y el piso de arriba estaba vacío. Hoy me he enterado que la cadena ha sido comprada por un grupo de inversión, que tiene prisa por recuperar lo invertido ahorrando en costes. Era una marca excelente que han destrozado por completo, una verdadera...

I came here looking forward to try the tequeñon but unfortunately didn't have a good experience. Initially service was decent then it looked like they lost at least two waiters and we were completely forgotten of. It took over one hour to get our food. I had to get up to bar to ask for it. My beef was raw even though I ordered a well cooked one. I tried to reach out but waitress never looked our way and I didn't want to get up again. My husband had to get up again to get bill and pay.
